Yes, it is possible to get lower payments. Just improve your credit score. Even if you have good enough credit to get a mortgage, if your score is higher, you will get a lower interest rate.

A quick answer is that Title Insurance covers the title to your home while Homeowner’s covers damage or loss to your home. But that that quick answer is not really enough!
